What is LivDigital’s policy on returns?
OH NO!!!!!! If you are looking at this section of our website, then something has gone terribly wrong and you want to return something to us!We are a little sad that you want to return something to us, but the customer is king. Have a read through the below to see how best to proceed. If you are ever in doubt, simply give us a call on the telephone number at the top of the page, or drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org (remember to include your order number in your email). Below are a couple scenarios that can help you get sorted out in a jiffy…
Warranty Support Scenario 1: I bought something and it was broken when it arrived. Each hardware manufacturer will have slightly differing policies regarding a Dead On Arrival (DOA) unit. For a piece of hardware to be considered DOA, it should fail due to factory fault within the first 7 days of use. Should this be the case, please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible to get your unit replaced or repaired.Please note that if we have not been informed of any challenges in the first 7 days of the purchase then all courier fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Scenario 2: I bought something a while ago and it broke. The first thing we need to do is log a support call with the manufacturer. During this process they will confirm the warranty status of the unit and may request a copy of your invoice from Livdigital. If you are not sure how to get in touch with the manufacturer of the goods, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help put you in touch with the right person.
Scenario 3: I bought something and no longer want it. We are sorry that you changed your mind about your purchase, but what’s the point of having a mind if you can’t change it :) There are some terms and conditions around the returning of goods we need to make you aware of. Software products, Blank Media (such as CD’s and DVD’s) as well as printer Ink and Toner cannot be returned. Should you have purchased the above products and they are faulty, we will assist in putting you in touch with the manufacturer of the goods who can make the final decision regarding the product. All other products can be returned within 7 days from purchase provided they are still sealed in their original packaging and have not been tampered with. Should you wish to arrange a return, please contact us on email@example.com. There will be a shipping and handling fee applied for product returns which we will confirm with you during the returns process.
