Delivery and Tracking.

LivDigital does not have a physical retail store. We are an online retailer and delivers nationwide. LivDigital delivers within South Africa only with no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays

Livdigital makes use of Specialised Freight Courier Service for the shipment of all our packages, in order to track your shipment, you will need to have your waybill number handy. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping waybill number. With this waybill number, go to specialisedfreight.co.za on the "Fast Track Now” then enter your waybill number from the email you received. This will give you the most up to date information of the progress of your order.

If for any reason you have misplaced your waybill number, you can retrieve this by logging into your account  or by contacting us via phone / email or using the chat window at the bottom of the page.
